RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers promptly with a smile and warm welcome
Verify customer and vehicle information is accurate across all systems
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow-up time by quarter time standards per Toyota guidelines
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently and proactively
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers upon check-out
REQUIREMENTS:
Automotive Service Advisor Prior or background in Service or Sales, or at least 1 year minimum experience being Automotive Service Advisor, Assistant Service Lane Manager, or Service Consultant.
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
Above-average energy level and desire to build strong customer relationships.
Desire for a long-term career path with a growing organization.
Personal and professional integrity with team player mindset.
Solid computer skills and willingness to learn new programs/software.
Must possess selling skills combined with professional communication style.
EXPECTATIONS:
Initial and periodic training by company and/or OEM representatives.
Commission based pay with additional bonus opportunities.
Highly advantageous to already own a book of business or ability to generate appointment traffic through family/friends/referrals.
5-6 day work weeks with some flexibility considered.
