Position Overview
We are seeking skilled CT Technologists to join a high-volume, fast-paced imaging department supporting both inpatient and emergency services. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with advanced technology and a collaborative team.
Shift Options
- Primary Need: Midnight Shift (12:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Mid Shift Options: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Schedule: Typically 3x12-hour shifts with rotating 3/4 schedule
Department Overview
- 5–6 CT scanners total:
- 3 in main department
- 2 in Emergency Department
- 1 dedicated cardiac scanner
- Daily volume:
- ~30 outpatient scans/day
- Up to ~200 scans/day (ED-driven, variable)
- High-acuity, fast-paced environment with strong emergency volume
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT procedures in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols
- Operate Philips CT scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures
- Administer contrast media and perform venipuncture as needed
- Evaluate images for quality and accuracy prior to submission
- Follow all radiation safety and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment
Requirements
- Active Kentucky State License (required at time of submission)
- ARRT (CT) certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Pay: $2,290.00 per week
