Parks Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our leadership team. We’re a growing, family-style dealership that values integrity, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
This role requires previous automotive F&I experience and a proven ability to structure deals cleanly, manage lender relationships, and maintain full compliance. The right candidate will be organized, motivated, and driven by both performance and people.
Responsibilities
- Structure and finalize retail and lease deals accurately and efficiently
- Secure financing through established lender partners while ensuring compliance
- Present and sell service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and other protection products transparently
- Review, submit, and fund all deal documentation promptly
- Partner with sales management to achieve product penetration and PVR goals
- Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient business office
Requirements
- Previous dealership F&I management experience required
- Strong understanding of lender programs, compliance, and menu selling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and professional integrity
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
