Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and buffing floors as needed to keep them pristine
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and addressing any concerns with professionalism and friendliness
- Manage janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in good condition
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and training new team members when required
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and cleanliness standards
