Maintenance Technician (Hourly) – Pilgrim’s
Location: Mount Pleasant, Texas
Schedule: Must be able to work assigned days/shifts, including some weekends
Compensation: $20.25 - $33.00+/hr based on experience

Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the reliability, performance, and safety of our production equipment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components

Identify parts or machines needing repair or replacement

Utilize shop mathematics to complete assignments accurately

Interpret equipment drawings to properly adjust, maintain, or repair machinery
-
Respond promptly to production requests when mechanical issues arise
-
Communicate with production management and personnel to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems
-
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
-
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, managing both time and resources effectively
Educational Requirements-
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

Maintenance experience required
Basic Skills & Qualifications-
Minimum 1–2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment

General math skills required to perform job duties

Ability to read and interpret documents, drawings, and schematics

Basic knowledge of standard and metric measurements

Must be able to work assigned shifts, including some weekends
