This is a great opportunity for agents who want more buyer conversations, more real estate experience, and a simple way to build their database through open house activity.

Who This Is For
This opportunity is ideal for agents who are newly licensed, underproducing, looking for more activity, or wanting to build confidence through real buyer conversations.
All participating agents must follow our Open House Guide, use the required lead capture process, and complete a short conversation with Steven at Keller Williams Downtown before being approved for open house opportunities.
You do not need to be ready to switch brokerages to apply. If you are currently affiliated with another brokerage, participation may depend on your brokerage policies, required approvals, and any necessary agreements.

Requirements
