Manufacturing Warehouse Associate
Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports manufacturing, production, and engineering operations through the accurate receiving, handling, inspection, storage, and movement of electronic, optical, fiber optic, and other precision components. This role operates in a manufacturing environment and requires strong inventory control, material handling, and production support experience.
The preferred candidate has experience working in manufacturing or electronics warehouse operations, understands controlled material handling procedures, and is capable of reading and communicating in both Mandarin and English to support coordination with overseas suppliers, documentation, and cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
· Receive, inspect, verify, and organize incoming materials, components, and production parts.
· Support daily manufacturing operations by staging, kitting, and delivering materials to production lines according to work orders and BOMs.
· Handle sensitive electronic, optical, and precision components using proper ESD and clean room procedures.
· Maintain accurate inventory transactions and material traceability within ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
· Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and stock accuracy checks.
· Read and interpret BOMs, labels, SOPs, packing lists, and technical documentation.
· Coordinate internally with production, engineering, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure material availability.
· Support communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors, suppliers, or internal teams by reading and communicating in Mandarin and English.
· Follow ISO, safety, ESD, and manufacturing process standards.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing, electronics, or production environment.
· Ability to read BOMs, part numbers, labels, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
· Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or similar inventory systems.
· Ability to speak and read both Mandarin and English.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to gown up and enter a clean‑room environment for short periods, following gowning and cleanliness procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with electronics, telecommunications, optical, or fiber optic components.
· Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience.
· Experience supporting engineering or production teams within manufacturing operations.
· Familiarity with ESD procedures, clean room standards, or ISO-controlled manufacturing environments.
Work Environment
· Work is performed in manufacturing, warehouse, clean room, and laboratory environments supporting electronics, optical, and fiber optic production operations.
· Employees must follow all safety, ESD, clean room, and ISO procedures while handling sensitive and precision components.
