About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in the Kansas City area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one care in the comfort of patients homes while enjoying flexibility and autonomy in your schedule. This position will work Sunday through Wednesday, 10 hour days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and home care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Kansas and Missouri or compact license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience with knowledge of OASIS is required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and patient-focused
