Lawn Maintenance Foreman / Driver
Snip Snip Lawn Care & Landscaping is looking for a dependable, experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to lead a two- to three-person crew. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy leading a team, and have experience operating commercial landscaping equipment, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a lawn maintenance crew.
- Safely drive truck and trailer to and from job sites.
- Perform weekly lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Ensure all properties are completed to company quality standards.
- Train and motivate crew members while maintaining productivity.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Communicate with customers professionally when needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial lawn maintenance experience.
- Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Experience pulling and backing trailers.
- Ability to operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently without constant supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
