We are looking for an energetic and dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional support and helping create a positive experience at every interaction.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist customers with questions about products or services and provide clear, helpful information.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and help resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or share updates.
- Work closely with team members to resolve more complex issues when needed.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude and strong phone etiquette at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support is a plus.
- Good data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking professionally with customers.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Sales or client services experience is an advantage.
- Strong typing skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
