This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own schedule and caseload while Elera's full back-office team manages all administrative work behind the scenes.
What Elera takes care of:
- Insurance credentialing with national and local payers
- Patient referral pipeline — no cold outreach or marketing required
- Billing, claims, and all insurance follow-up
- Compliance and regulatory requirements
- Website setup and online presence management
- Ongoing clinical mentorship and peer community
What you'll do:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients via telehealth and/or in-person
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with patients and families on home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapy license (PT or DPT)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in your target state(s)
Preferred:
- Experience in pediatrics
- Telehealth or outpatient private practice experience

Pay: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour
