Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems. You will lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring that all work adheres to industry standards and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time position available
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week plus approved overtime
Certification Requirement:
- Fire Alarm License (FAL) required
- Fire Extinguisher License (FEL) preferred
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Fire Alarm License Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of fire alarm technicians.
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in various settings.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with NFPA and local regulations.
- Provide training and technical support to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire alarm systems promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and complete necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
