Beyond Expectations Institute is looking for compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in the Pensacola area. In this role, you’ll work directly with children with autism and related developmental needs, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through high-quality, individualized ABA therapy.
This is a hands-on, rewarding position with strong support, consistent hours, and real opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting (with occasional home/school sessions as needed)
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Use positive reinforcement and behavior strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors
- Collect accurate, real-time data during sessions
- Support development in communication, social skills, play, and independence
- Complete session notes and documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure high-quality care
What We’re Looking For
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (we provide support)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
- Reliable, professional, and consistent
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical direction
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay engaged, active, and hands-on throughout sessions

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
