G&S Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Project Manager to oversee residential new construction HVAC projects from start to finish.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership in the field, communicates clearly, and ensures each job is completed correctly the first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage residential HVAC new construction projects from startup through completion.
- Read, interpret, and apply HVAC plans, specifications, and duct layouts.
- Identify and resolve installation issues before inspections to help ensure first-time pass results.
- Perform or coordinate onsite corrections as needed to keep projects moving efficiently.
Order equipment and materials needed for assigned projects.
- Pull materials, coordinate logistics, and help ensure crews have what they need to complete work correctly.
- Communicate professionally with builders, superintendents, inspectors, installers, and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, notes, photos, and communication in ServiceTitan.
- Take ownership of quality, timelines, and job readiness to reduce rework and unnecessary return trips.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in residential HVAC, preferably in new construction.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC plans, specifications, and duct layouts.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, mobile devices, and job management software daily.
- ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and customer-facing communication style.
- Ability to represent G&S Mechanical professionally with builders, clients, inspectors, and team members.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
