What You’ll Do
- Lead and support crew members during shifts
- Ensure quality food, fast service, and a clean restaurant
- Coach team members and provide direction on daily tasks
- Handle guest interactions and resolve issues professionally
- Support opening/closing duties and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ months of food service experience (breakfast/drive-thru preferred)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Customer-focused with a hands-on leadership style
- Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible availability (mornings, nights, weekends)
