American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a weekend-only travel contract at a 495-bed hospital in Winchester, VA, requiring 2+ years of OR experience including DaVinci Robotics and Orthopedics.

Surgical Services / Main OR department at a 495-bed hospital facility

Shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 3x12-hour day shifts (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Every Saturday and Sunday are required working days

13-week contract

No on-call requirements

No floating requirements

EMR: Epic (required)

Specialty case experience includes Robotics, General, Gyn, Urology, Bariatrics, Orthopedics, and Trauma

Active VA RN license or compact RN license required

Current AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the contract start)

Minimum 2 years of OR experience required

Hands-on experience with DaVinci Robot and Orthopedic cases required

Epic EMR experience required

US Social Security Number required for consideration

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidate must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
