Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Conversion:
- Contact and qualify incoming leads from various sources (online, phone, walk-ins)
- Set appointments for sales consultations and test drives
- Follow up persistently with prospects to convert leads into showroom visits
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM system
- Meet monthly appointment-setting goals and conversion targets
Customer Communication:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and persuasively
- Respond to online inquiries and chat messages promptly
- Send follow-up emails and text messages to nurture leads
- Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs
- Overcome objections and create urgency to visit the dealership

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous BDC, telemarketing, or inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets
- Comfortable with CRM systems and technology
- Persistent and positive attitude
- Automotive knowledge a plus but not required
