Christian Brothers Outdoor Services is hiring an Irrigation Technician to help us deliver high-quality, efficient service to our customers while supporting the growth of our irrigation division.

What You’ll Do
- Perform irrigation system startups and winterizations
- Diagnose and repair leaks, broken heads, valves, wiring, and controllers
- Install and adjust sprinkler heads, nozzles, drip systems, and timers
- Program controllers and make seasonal watering adjustments
- Inspect systems for proper coverage, pressure, and water efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers and team leaders about issues and recommendations
- Document repairs, service notes, and materials used
- Work safely around tools, equipment, and active job sites
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with irrigation service, repair, or installation preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot irrigation systems in the field
- Familiarity with controllers, valves, spray heads, drip zones, and system adjustments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Dependable, coachable, and able to work well with a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs

- Systems are started up, repaired, and shut down correctly
- Problems are caught early and handled professionally
- Customers feel informed and taken care of
- Work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Service notes and recommendations are documented clearly

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
