What You'll Do
- Meet with residential, commercial, and multi-family customers.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and determine customer needs.
- Design fencing and gate solutions based on site conditions.
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and project drawings.
- Clearly communicate products, services, and project expectations.
- Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
- Close sales and secure signed contracts.
- Maintain detailed communication records within our CRM.
- Coordinate with office staff and production teams to ensure successful project handoffs.
- Manage company-provided leads responsibly and efficiently from first contact through signed contract.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of fence, construction, or outside sales experience Strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read site conditions and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience preparing estimates, proposals, and project drawings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
