The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

Support the Friday Enrichment Program by providing a safe, structured, and positive environment for students.

Assist students with homework completion, organization, and academic support as needed.

Supervise student activities, including indoor and outdoor play periods, while maintaining student safety.

Encourage positive peer relationships and help students practice appropriate social skills.

Model the school's core virtues, professionalism, and respectful behavior at all times.

Build positive relationships with students through encouragement, engagement, and appropriate mentorship.

Follow all school safety procedures, policies, and expectations for student supervision.

Communicate appropriately and professionally with students, parents, and staff members.

Assist with maintaining an orderly and clean learning environment.

Support classroom and enrichment activities as directed by the Aftercare Coordinator.

Attend required training and meetings as assigned.
-
Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the school and enrichment program.
