Healing Well Center + Med Spa Bar is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to become the first impression of our practice. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for a career with room to grow, we'd love to meet you!
This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement into medical office administration, patient care coordination, and other leadership roles as you gain experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Respond to patient questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with daily office organization and administrative tasks.
- Learn and become knowledgeable about our medical and aesthetic services.
- Educate patients on basic skincare products and treatment options.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Work collaboratively with providers and the clinical team.
Qualifications

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Medical office experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
