Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
Legacy Personnel, Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate CNA for Sena Kean Manor. You will provide quality daily care and support to residents in a skilled nursing setting. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment.
Facility / Location: Sena Kean Manor – Smethport, PA
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Shift Available: Morning and Night Shift Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on resident care and assist with daily activities (ADLs).
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Assist with meals and hydration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Communicate resident changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
Required Documents:
- Active Pennsylvania CNA License
- Proof of Residency (State ID issued 2+ years prior to 2025)
- Driver’s License
Required Medical Records:
- Current Physical Exam
- TB Test
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card
- Complete Immunization Record (MMR & Varicella)
