Position Overview
We’re looking for motivated young people who want to gain real-world work experience in a creative small business environment. This role helps support packaging, organization, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities
- Assemble product boxes and packaging
- Apply labels to products
- Count and organize inventory
- Fold marketing materials and inserts
- Prepare shipping supplies
- Assist with workspace organization
- Help assemble discovery sets and sample packs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn basic business and customer service skills

Requirements
- Must be 14 years old
- Positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to stand and move around for periods of time

This position does not involve operating manufacturing equipment, handling hazardous materials, driving vehicles, or performing any duties prohibited for workers under age 16.
Schedule: 10am - 1 pm Monday - Friday (FLEXIBLE)
