Huge Rental Community seeking 5 1/2 day/wk Maint. Tech. Clean MVR & Criminal background. Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general rental unit repair. HVAC Certification o PLUS.
- Hands-on experience with various remodeling techniques including drywall repair, flooring installation,mobile home remodeling, and more.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail across all tasks. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project needs while maintaining high standards of quality.
