Responsibilities
- Oversee daily program operations, ensuring activities align with educational goals and safety standards
- Supervise and support program staff, including teachers, activity coordinators, and volunteers
- Develop and implement innovative educational programs that promote student engagement and development
- Manage administrative tasks using educational administrative software and productivity tools to track attendance, progress, and compliance
- Collaborate with school administrators, parents, and community partners to enhance program offerings and address student needs
- Ensure a safe environment by enforcing policies related to childcare, health protocols, and emergency procedures
- Lead team meetings, provide staff training on child development best practices, and foster a positive team culture
Qualifications
- Higher education teaching experience or background in education administration preferred
- Proven experience in an afterschool administrative roles or as a school experience coordinator
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational administrative software
- Demonstrated ability in staff supervision, personnel management in education, and team leadership
- Experience working with children in early childhood education centers or similar settings
- Excellent writing skills for documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders
- Knowledge of education administration principles within higher education or school environments
- Background in childcare or early childhood education is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
