We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, with strong knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components.
- Work with pumps, motors, bearings, belts, chains, valves, cylinders, and related components.
- Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and repairs.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
- Basic ability to read mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
Pay & Opportunity:
Starting pay is $18.00/hour while temporary.
After 3 months, the candidate may be considered for a permanent position based on performance, attendance, and overall job performance.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
