Carpenter / Remodeler — Hoosiers GC LLC, Indianapolis
We're a general contractor running residential remodels, rental turnovers, and investor rehabs across Indianapolis — Brownsburg to Beech Grove and everything between. The board stays full: we run multiple crews on multiple jobs at a time, and the pipeline behind it is signed work, not maybes.
We need a carpenter who does finish-quality work and doesn't need babysitting. Framing, trim, doors, decks, full remodels — if you can take a room from demo to done and the trim lines hold up under a flashlight, we want to talk.
What the job actually is:
- Full interior remodels and rental turns — kitchens, baths, flooring, trim
- Inspection-repair punch lists for investors and realtors (tight scopes, real deadlines)
- Crews of 2 to 4, a lead on every job, materials staged before you start
What you get:
- $22 to $28/hr depending on what you can prove on day one
- Paid every week — no waiting on draws
- Steady work year-round. We don't lay off in January.
- A real path up: our leads came off the tools. Run quality work and you'll run a crew.
What we need from you:
- 2+ years residential carpentry (remodel experience beats new-construction)
- Your own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Show up when you say you will. That's half the trade.
