American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a NICU travel assignment requiring Epic proficiency and a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.

NICU position in a hospital setting with an average daily census of 30 patients
-
Patient ratio of 1:3
-
Floating required to Mother Baby and Pediatrics units
-
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:45–07:15)
-
Every other weekend coverage required

Epic EMR experience required

Active LA or Compact RN license currently in hand

Current AHA certifications: BLS and NRP

Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required for previous travelers; minimum 3 years required for first-time travelers

First-time travelers are considered for this position with at least 3 years of NICU experience

Candidates must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible; local travelers are not accepted

Upon accepting an assignment, you may be assigned to an Emergency Team by your unit manager, with an expectation to remain on-site or serve on a relief team during an emergency event

Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed during the interview process
