Massage Therapist
Company name is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Massage Therapists.
Avg pay per 60-min massage: $45-$55 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $70 for 80-100 min treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)
- Signature/Relaxation Massage - 60 min - $45-$55
- Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $50-$60
- Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $65-$80
Most guests choose advanced/extended treatments
Average therapists gratuity: ~$20 included
Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $30K-$50K+ annually
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
- Full-time or part-time
- Alternating weekend availability
- 10-minute turnover between services
- Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
