PAY INFORMATION
Regional Routes (200+ Miles)
• Starting Pay: $0.63 CPM
- $0.645 CPM after 1 year
- $0.66 CPM after 3 years
- $20 Stop Pay
Local Routes (Less Than 200 Miles)
• Starting Pay: $0.725 CPM
- $0.735 CPM after 1 year
- $0.745 CPM after 3 years
- $30 Stop Pay
Additional Compensation
• $100 Weekly Attendance & Availability Incentive
- $30 Backhaul Pickup Pay
- Breakdown Pay Available

SCHEDULE
• Tuesday-Saturday
- Sunday & Monday Off
- Start Time Approximately 1:00 AM
- Average 2-3 Nights Out Per Week
- Additional Route Opportunities Available Based on Seniority
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver dry van freight to retail locations throughout the Midwest
- Operate safely and professionally at all times
- Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Comply with all DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation

• Late-Model Sleeper Tractors
- 45', 48', and 53' Dry Van Trailers
- Dedicated Customer Freight
- Slip Seating Only During Maintenance Periods

Job Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 Months Recent Tractor-Trailer Experience
- Safe Driving Record
- Must Meet DOT Requirements
- Ability to Obtain Hazmat Endorsement Within 90 Days (Reimbursement Available)
