About the Role:
Our Assistant Managers are the heartbeat of the boutique. You’ll be leading with compassion, collaborating with your team, and creating an experience our guests rave about. Think: style coach meets community builder with a splash of boss energy.
A Day in Your Boutique Life:
- Chatting with guests, building real relationships, and helping them feel confident in their style.
- Leading the team with kindness, clear communication, and a fun, inclusive vibe.
- Training and mentoring your crew to shine as bright as you do.
- Driving sales with intention and helping your store meet goals without sacrificing soul.
- Partnering with our visual team to keep displays fresh, fun, and photo-worthy.
- Working with the Director and Area Manager on new ideas that take us beyond typical retail.
- Being the face of Inspyre in your community—hosting events, collaborating with local creatives, and showing the world what we’re all about.
You’re a Perfect Fit If:

- You’ve got 1+ year of leadership or management experience (retail is a bonus, but not a must).
- You lead with positivity, confidence, and integrity.

- You’re cool under pressure and can handle feedback like a pro.
