Nectar Clothing is looking for a motivated, organized, and self-driven Production Assistant to join our growing team.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Redlands, CA. This is not a remote or hybrid position. We are looking for someone who lives locally in the Redlands area or within Riverside or San Bernardino County. We are seeking a candidate with a reasonable local commute who is excited to be part of our team every day.

No previous production experience is required—we're willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing the production process from start to finish.
- Organize and track production timelines to help keep projects on schedule.
- Manage company samples and ensure they are organized, maintained, and prepared for customer meetings and trade shows.
- Coordinate samples before, during, and after trade shows, ensuring everything is accounted for and show-ready.
- Communicate with internal teams, factories, and vendors.
- Assist with day-to-day production and administrative tasks.
- Travel to trade shows in other states to represent the Nectar Clothing brand.
- Help wherever needed and contribute to a team-first environment.
Qualifications
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willing to work overtime and additional hours when needed to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Passion for fashion, especially the young women's apparel industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company.
- Must be able to travel for trade shows a few times throughout the year.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
