We’re growing and looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team.
Forschner Contracting is a rapidly growing construction company specializing in sitework, commercial construction, exterior systems, and general contracting throughout the Saratoga and Capital Regions. We’re looking for a motivated professional who can help us continue to grow while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and proposals
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and crews
- Track project costs, change orders, and budgets
- Attend site visits, preconstruction meetings, and client meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of estimating and/or project management experience in construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $68,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
