We are expanding and are thrilled to offer a part-time skilled and dedicated PsyD. Associate with passion in assessment to co-lead our NeuroPsychological Testing department in Woodland Hills, focusing on evaluation and testing for ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
We are seeking an Associate-level PsyD candidate (unlicensed) who is eager to grow their expertise in neuropsychological assessment and testing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about psychological evaluation, possess strong assessment skills, and be committed to enhancing their knowledge of neuropsychology. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with licensed clinicians, contributing to comprehensive psychological evaluations and treatment planning.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PsyD Associate Unlicensed Therapist with a specific interest in neuropsychological assessment and testing to join our growing team.
The position requires one evening (which means the last session ends at 7 pm), two late afternoons (which means the last session ends at 6pm), and one Saturday (either 9am-1 pm or 10 am-2 pm) schedule.
This is an IN-PERSON position. The practice has a beautiful office space facing Ventura Boulevard, a waiting room, kitchen, printer and Wi-Fi.
Embracing You Therapy group practice solely works with children (6+), teens (13+) and adults to provide individual or couple's therapy. The practice focuses on clinical issues that include ADHD, Anxiety disorders, OCD spectrum disorders, addiction, relationship issues, life transitions, and personal development. The Unlicensed clinician will receive supervision on a weekly basis from CBT, ERP, Mindfulness, and DBT approaches. For couple's therapy, our primary therapeutic approach is based on Gottman's Therapy. After the completion of the 90-day period, you will be enrolled in Gottman's Level 1 Training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments and evaluations under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Administer standardized testing, interpret results, and contribute to the preparation of detailed reports.
- Collaborate with other clinicians to provide integrated treatment plans for clients.
- Provide individual therapy for clients under supervision, following ethical and professional standards.
- Attend regular supervision meetings, case consultations, and training sessions.
- Stay current with emerging trends and best practices in neuropsychological assessment.
- Ensure all documentation and reports are completed in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Completed a Doctoral-level program (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.
- Must have an active Associate number!
- Previous experience or strong interest in neuropsychological assessments (e.g., administering, scoring, and interpreting tests).
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and standards in psychological testing and therapy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for contributing to the advancement of psychological and neuropsychological understanding.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with neuropsychological assessments, cognitive testing, and psychological reports.
- Familiarity with a variety of neuropsychological tests (e.g., WAIS, WISC, MMPI, etc.).
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing further specialization in neuropsychology.

- $20/hour for non-clinical hours for tasks such as note-writing, staff meetings, supervision, and training (non-negotiable).
