Responsibilities

- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, refunds, and pricing adjustments with accuracy
- Oversee purchasing activities including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and controlling inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients through promotions or community engagement
- Monitor store metrics such as sales figures, labor costs, and operational expenses to meet budget goals and optimize profitability
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or service environments with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and basic bookkeeping practices
- Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management, and budgeting principles
