Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Training Coordinator to join our team. As the coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, promoting, and managing coaching sessions for parents and CPA offices around the state. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and customer service experience, as well as the ability to manage the details required for a successful training session. You will be responsible for 200-300 coaching sessions per season (September-March), often 2-3 sessions per day. You will not be presenting at the training but managing scheduling and administrative details.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of coaching sessions and communicate with all parties involved.
- Promote the training sessions and ensure that all necessary materials are available.
- Complete pre- and post-training checklists to ensure the success of each session.
- Provide excellent customer service and be the point of contact for all training-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all training sessions and related details.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Although we are a flexible employer, this position requires someone who can work full-time in our office. It is not a work from home position.
