As a Beer Tender, you'll be responsible for serving beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and snack items while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. This position plays an important role in ensuring responsible alcohol service, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting overall market operations.

Essential Responsibilities
-
Serve beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and snack items in a friendly and professional manner

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive guest experience

Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations

Monitor guests and practice responsible alcohol service
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area
-
Restock beverages, snacks, supplies, and inventory as needed
-
Operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and beverage service standards

Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned
Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to remain professional and friendly in a fast-paced environment

Previous alcohol service, bartending, concessions, or customer service experience preferred

Alcohol service certification or related training preferred
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
