What You'll Do:
- Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience every shift
- Support bar management, including inventory and vendor coordination
- Manage inventory and maintain food/beverage cost targets
- Train, schedule, and motivate team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and energetic workplace
What We’re Looking For:
- Local candidates preferred (Cary/RTP area)
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on style — willing to jump in wherever needed
- Knowledge of bar operations, ordering, and vendor management is a plus
- Familiarity with ToastPOS is helpful (not required)
