Job Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children and their families, helping them build essential life skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll get hands-on training, ongoing support, and the chance to truly make a difference—right in the home where it matters most.

Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct support to children in the home and occasionally in community settings.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of data related to patient progress and behavior.
- Support families on behavior management techniques and strategies to reinforce learning at home.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Use professional documentation and medical terminology accurately.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for working with children and making a real impact.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); college education in psychology or related field a plus.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral challenges, is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, insurance, and auto registration.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and principles of ABA therapy.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical records management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate others effectively.
- Compassionate, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children achieve their developmental goals.
- Weekday availability (especially between 3:30pm – 7:30pm)
