Job Summary
Regency Security Group is seeking a professional, relationship driven, and highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is centered around building long term client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and supporting commercial real estate, multifamily, construction, industrial, retail, and facilities clients with tailored security solutions.
As an Account Executive, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping identify operational concerns and presenting customized security programs designed to improve accountability, site safety, reporting visibility, and overall service performance.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, regional managers, facilities directors, construction project managers, asset managers, and ownership groups
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, in person meetings, and site visits to generate new business opportunities
- Present Regency Security Group’s services including standing guards, vehicle patrol, fire watch coverage, concierge services, access control, and after hours security solutions
- Educate clients on the value of Guard Owl, our proprietary reporting and patrol tracking platform that provides GPS verified patrols, real time visibility, photo documentation, and operational accountability
- Prepare and present tailored proposals aligned with client needs, budgets, operational priorities, and property environments
- Coordinate meetings, lunch and learns, property walkthroughs, and virtual presentations with prospective and existing clients
- Maintain accurate client records, activity tracking, and pipeline updates within CRM systems and sales platforms
- Collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding, client satisfaction, and long term account retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling, additional coverage, portfolio expansion, and long term partnerships across multiple properties and markets
Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or client relationship management preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently engage executive level decision makers
- Experience conducting outbound outreach, managing client accounts, and maintaining long term professional relationships
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales tracking platforms preferred
- Professional, polished, and relationship oriented approach to client engagement and sales conversations
- Experience within security, commercial real estate, property management, construction, facilities, or service industries is highly preferred
- Self motivated, proactive, and goal driven mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
