Automotive Master / A-Level Technician
Location: Sturgeon Bay, the heart of Door County (Northeast Wisconsin)
Compensation: $70,000–$130,000+ (Structured Flat Rate + Guaranteed Minimum Hours + Bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends No Holidays)
Relocation: Full Relocation Assistance
ASE Master Technicians and experienced A-Level technicians will feel at home here. Top B-Level technicians with strong diagnostic ability are encouraged to apply.

What You Bring
You're an experienced technician who knows how to diagnose difficult problems, produce quality repairs, and contribute to a strong team. We trust our technicians to do what they do best - we don't micromanage.
- ASE Master Certification or proven A-Level or top B-Level experience
- Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, drivability, and hybrid systems)
- Your own professional tools
- Valid driver's license
- Professional, team-oriented attitude
