Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations across the country while ensuring timely delivery every time and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle various driving tasks, including route planning and vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles safely and efficiently for the transportation of goods.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, mileage, and any incidents that may occur during transport.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary for loading and unloading tasks.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably as a courier or delivery driver.
- Ability to operate vans or larger vehicles safely under various conditions.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor associated with loading/unloading cargo.
- Familiarity with route driving techniques and navigation systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to transportation and handling of goods is a plus.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week
