About the Role:
As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, promoting independence and dignity while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver excellent patient-centered care, addressing the unique needs of each individual.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform vital signs and monitor patient conditions
- Record patient data and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Collaborate with occupational, physical, and speech therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans
