Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Oversee inventory, scheduling, and cost control
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
✔ Experience in restaurant management (fast-casual or full-service preferred)
✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
