We're Hiring Professional Cleaners in Nashville – $20–$23/hour + Tips + Bonuses
Nashville Spotless Crew is looking for responsible, experienced cleaners to join our team. We are not a franchise or a gig app. We are a growing local company with long-term clients who value high-quality cleaning and stay with us.
This position starts as a 1099 contractor role, but if you perform well, you can transition into a W2 employee position (with supplies included). If you prefer to stay as a contractor, that's fine too — as long as you are professional and dependable.
What We Offer:
- $20/hour starting pay

Requirements:
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Your own basic cleaning supplies (we will tell you what you need)
- Smartphone to use our work app
- Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience
- Strong communication and ability to follow systems (we use Slack)

Work Areas:
All across Nashville and surrounding areas — from Germantown to Green Hills, Belle Meade to Donelson
