Job description-Position
Learn and perform duties related to packaging of petroleum-based lubricants (oil), such as:
- operating various production equipment such as fillers, labelers, and packagers
- maintaining an established system of records of production
- minor troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment failure
- Follow safety standards related to the position, i.e. Lock out/tag out, fall protection, hot work, etc.
Requirements
- Prefer high school diploma or GED
- Safety sensitive position: requiring focus, dexterity, and coordination at all times.
- A team player – willing to help wherever needed, able and willing to follow instructions from management.
- Must have reliable transportation and attendance.
- Prefer previous production experience.

- Perform job duties in the plant environment exposed to hot temperatures (no a/c), machine noise, and petroleum odors.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or listen.
- May be required to lift up to 40 pounds from the floor to a height of five feet, 2-10 times per shift.
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or occasionally crawl.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
