Licensed Residential Property Manager
Federal Way, WA | $30-37/hr + commission
Zaran Sayre and Associates is a well-established property management company in Federal Way, seeking a motivated Residential Property Manager. This role is for someone who wants to show ownership over their portfolio, solve problems proactively, and treat leases, repairs, and renewals as real people, not just tasks. A current WA Real Estate Broker’s License is required.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage your residential portfolio from marketing and leasing to renewals and inspections
- Communicate clearly and proactively with tenants, owners, and teammates
- Resolve issues quickly, transparently, and effectively
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and protect property value
Who You Are:
- Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making
- Active WA Real Estate Broker’s License (required)
- Experienced in property management
- Tech-savvy with AppFolio or similar software
- Highly organized, proactive, and proud of your work
Schedule & Benefits:
- Full-time | M–F, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- $30-37/hr + commission opportunities
