ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following but are not limited to):
- Preview, oversee and participate in resident ISP’s, serving as a member of an I.D.T. and ensuring that resident needs and preferences are properly addressed, plans are appropriately implemented, monitored, and revised as needs dictate

Assist in the oversight of residential manager needs including but not limited to utilization, recruitment, orientation, supervision, training, and development

Provide assistance and support to the home and apartment managers to resolve coverage and related staffing issues

Monitor managers and direct care staff to ensure compliance with NCFL policies, including disciplinary action, evaluations, and recognition

Provide direct coverage as needed when manager is absent, or position is vacant or as needed

Assist with the processing and oversight of various forms of program and administrative documentation to ensure compliance with NCFL policy and various federal, state, and local requirements

Attend staff meetings which are conducted at the group homes in the assigned area

Conduct, participate in and/or assist with management meetings

Remain up to date on Division Licensing and Circular requirements and assist with or initiate activities to ensure proper compliance

Provide on-call support as scheduled or requested

Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor and/or the Executive Management Staff

Cooperate with New Concepts for Living and Department Staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- BA in Psychology or Social Work (preferred
- One to two years of supervised training in performing behavior assessment and developing behavior plans, preferably with the DD/ID population
