Job Title: Senior Project Manager or Project Manager (Hiring for Both)
Location: Nashville, TN
Salary: $140k-$180k
Requirements: 5+ years as a Project Manager for a General Contractor; experience on commercial or related projects
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a well-established design-build general contractor. The company delivers ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, Healthcare, and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are hiring both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage all phases of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

Oversee project teams and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Review and approve project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and project plans

Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies

Build and maintain strong working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
What You Need for This Position

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with General Contractors

Experience in commercial or industrial construction

Ground-up and TI experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
