TSG Roofing is seeking a motivated and experienced High Ticket Closer to join our growing team in Houston. We are looking for a confident sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping homeowners protect their investments with top-quality roofing solutions.
This role includes pre-set appointments, allowing you to focus on consulting with qualified homeowners and closing high-value sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled consultations with qualified leads
- Present roofing solutions and close high-ticket sales
- Educate homeowners on products, financing, and project options
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Follow up with clients and maintain CRM updates
- Meet and exceed weekly sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales or high-ticket closing experience preferred
- Knowledge of finance and financing options preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and with a team
